Dr. Terry Lemons

Lemons Dental Esthetics – Founder of LEMONS DENTAL in 1996

Terry J. Lemons, DDS, received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University Dental School, and completed a General Practice Residency at Emory University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological and Physical Sciences from Indiana University.

Dr. Terry Lemons is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Society of Implant Reconstructive Dentistry. He has taken over 500 hours of continuing education, has taught nursing students Chemistry at Indiana University, and worked at the prestigious Krannert Institute of Cardiology for two years prior to dental school as a research technician.

Dr. Terry Lemons has been on several mission trips to serve the underprivileged population and children in need. He has sponsored two free dental days for underprivileged children in South Forsyth and North Fulton counties.

Dr. Terry Lemons is one of the founder members and past President of the Johns Creek Business Association and he was International Director of the Johns Creek Rotary.
Dr. Terry Lemons has two boys, Wesley is a senior in Medical School and recently passed Board 2 in the top 2% in the nation and is being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He plans on pursuing a career in Orthopedic Surgery hopefully in the South Forsyth area! Matthew is a Computer Science graduate from Georgia Tech, and past Vice President of the Cascading Club. He also Lead the Freshman Leadership program known as CORE. Matt is finishing his masters at Georgia Tech while working for the Microsoft Corporation." 

Brittani Spivey

Office Manager

Brittani is the Office Manager for Lemons Dental of Braselton and is dedicated to ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience with our office. Brittani has over 15 years of experience in dentistry and started her career as a dental assistant and has since transitioned to office manager. Brittani can be found overseeing the day-to-day operations in Braselton and even assisting Dr. Lemons when needed and is sure to make your visit to Lemons Dental a pleasure.

Olymphia Gresham

DENTAL HYGIENIST

Olymphia is sure to make you smile during your time here with us! With 11 years in the dental field, Olymphia truly has a passion for dental hygiene. She was born and raised right here in Georgia, with the exception of her travels with the Navy to serve in their dental system. Interacting with patients of all ages and educating them about oral health is her favorite part of the day. When she is not spending time here at Lemons Dental she enjoys watching sports with her husband and two children. 

Amy Smith

Dental Hygienist

Amy has over 28 years of experience as a dental hygienist. She graduated Clayton State College in 1995. She is devoted to dental health and patient education. Amy enjoys building relationships with her patients and making them feel comfortable during their dental visits. Outside of the office, her favorite hobbies are gardening, playing with her 3 dogs and UGA football. Most of all, she loves being with family and friends. 

Mikayla van Musschenbroek

Patient Coordinator

Mikayla started working with us earlier this year! She grew up in the area with her two siblings and started her dental journey halfway through college. She has prior working history with children from a pediatric office she had been at for the last six years, and wants to continue learning! She started her career as a hygiene assistant, and has been elevated to a patient coordinator. Mikayla has a role in maximizing your dental insurance benefits and scheduling your next appointments. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Theresa Jemmott

Dental Assistant

Theresa has been a dental assistant for 23 years and as she developed her skill set, she found a passion for patient care and making people smile. Aside from her career as an assistant, Theresa enjoys camping and cruising on the back of her husband’s motorcycle while enjoying the scenery, but the best part of life is spending as much time as possible with her 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren alongside her husband of 30 years.
